Major-General Joseph Kasaine Ole Nkaissery (28 November 1949 – 8 July 2017) was a African politician, serving as a Associate of Parliament in the Popular Assembly of Kenya from 2002 to 2014, when he acquiescent to take up a commode position as Secretary for Widespread domestic Security and Coordination of Ceremonial Government.
